If it was possible, I would live off potatoes. I think I could eat them everyday in all kinds of different ways. The other night for dinner I made some sweet potato wedges with a spicy mayo. They were so good! I used this recipe to get the seasoning and cooking time right. They make a great side or pair them with a veggie-filled salad and you've got yourself a meal.

veggie tales
Alright lovlies, I promised you all an awesome veggie recipe.
My bf makes it and then I eat it.
Gazpacho, is basically a cold soup. It's made up of just veggie's so its super duper good for you. It can be an acquired taste, but you can spice to your liking. We make it usually during this time of year to help get some more energy and revive ourselves during hibernation.
Enjoy! and let me know if you guys try it out!
Chop all of your vegetables and place in a large bowl.
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 english cucumber
4 stalks of celery
1 large onion
4 cloves of garlic
tomatoes (optional)
puree in batches in food processor or blender
place all pureed vegetables in a large pot or bowl
when done add one large can of tomato juice
A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste
celery salt
dash of cayenne pepper
Refrigerate, soup will become hotter as it sits in the fridge
good for about 5-7 days
I came home to my man slaving away in the kitchen.*
My bf, so proud of himself.
*I got home near the end of the recipe, so yes ma'am! My bf took the photos!!

There are tons more great recipes on the website, Best Recipes Ever, so be sure to check them out. Do you have any yummy recipes?
I have no affiliation with CBC or Canadian Living, I just love these recipes!
