You guys must have crossed your fingers and your toes, because it worked! We finally found a dog!
We are now the proud parents of a little 2 month old puppy, named Kea.
She's a rescue so her mix is a little up in the air, but we've been told most likely australian shepard, blue heeler, boarder collie, and maybe even some lab. She's so smart and is picking up on things already.
The Bf and I have both had dogs before, but neither of us with such a young pup. We're learning right along with her, and considering we got her on Saturday afternoon, so far so good.
She's stolen our hearts already! We couldn't be happier!
Holls! Kea is sooooooooooooooooooooooo cute. I want a puppy too, but I must wait until the boy gives me the okay...so I think I'm about 2-3 years out of my big announcement. LOL. I hope training is going well. Please post more pics here and on FB when you can. Congrats :)
